摘要: Abstract Chromatic valence functions for the red-green and blue-yellow opponent-response systems of normal anomalous trichromats were measured psychophysically using Jameson Hurvich hue cancellation technique. Four protanomalous two deuteranomalous observers with varying degrees color discrimination loss, color-normal observers, served in experiment. The data good agreement results reported by Hurvich. Protanomalous differed respect to relative strengths chromatic opponent systems: decreased strength was correlated poorer discrimination. Theoretical fits calculated assuming linear combinations cone inputs both different sets photopigments three classes observer.
