摘要: Abstract In this study, we first describe the synthesis of triflato(5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-metoxyphenyl) porphyrinato) iron(III) complex with formula [FeIII(TMPP)(SO3CF3)] (P1). This species were characterized by proton NMR and IR. Then optical electrical properties P1 thin films have been investigated. The triflato iron porphyrin film exhibit an absorption spectrum a resolved electronic structure in UV–vis range energy gap was determined Tauc method. Electrical ITO/P1/Al investigated I–V characteristics impedance spectroscopy measurements. conduction is governed space-charge-limited current (SCLC) mechanism. study showed hopping transport process. Its interaction Bisphenol A (BPA) then sensing window 10−9–10−4 M. iron-porphyrin shows sensitive response to BPA, which induces absorbance change Soret band. mechanism BPA involved coordination interaction.
