摘要: This manuscript reports changes in key enzymes and metabolites related to protein metabolism nitrogen excretion the liver of juveniles jundia (Rhamdia quelen) fed on isocaloric diets containing 20%, 27%, 34% 41% crude protein. The hepatic activity alanine aminotransferase (ALAT), aspartate (ASAT), glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH), arginase (ARG) increased with content diet, ratios among aminotransferases GDH allowed evaluating metabolic preference. concentration free amino acids, ammonia urea also rose dietary content. Increase plasma was resultant effect over acids catabolism as consequence surplus. Since increase resulted weight gain, rise protein-metabolising fish high denoted effective use for growth a substrate gluconeogenesis. Analysis metabolite levels enzyme activities acid is proposed tool assessing proper balance diet macronutrients.
