摘要: The systems in which an electrode immersed a solution causes chemical reaction have been studied for over hundred years. It has long known that the behavior of these is determined by two main factors: rate with substance comes into contact and electrochemical reactions at electrode. During first four decades twentieth century, many works were devoted to this subject; however, most them experimental works.
