摘要: Bone and cartilage regeneration is an important part of tissue where bioinspired materials have a great impact. The review provides overview the biology bone regeneration, cells used, as well systems used in field, closed by section interesting cofactors sterilization methods. First, presented combination with corresponding most often factors involved regeneration. In second section, some fundamental aspects will be briefly introduced. third new developments highlighted, ordered class material: bioglass, hydroxyapatite, natural synthetic polymers. fourth concepts for material modification are introduced: use nanotechnology, supplementing factors, impact sterilization.
