摘要: The development of heart muscle the frog Rana pipiens , from very early embryonic stages to adult, has been studied with electron microscope. Thin and thick myofilaments were found form simultaneously. They usually accompanied by presence cross-bridges between them. A- I-bands also formed at same time. appearance Z-lines then followed. Intercalated lines seen develop tight junctions primordial cells; they appear serve as points attachment for developing myofibrils. in embryos was associate closely distribution ribosomes utilization yolk cells. sequence possible role platelets discussed.
