摘要: Of vertebrate organ systems, the developing limb has been especially well characterized. Embryological studies combined with molecular manipulations have yielded a wealth of information about control pattern formation during outgrowth. A number key signaling pathways implicated in numerous aspects development, including establishment early field, determination identity, elongation bud, specification digit pattern, and sculpting digits. Although there is clear evidence that specific operate field bud little known how these signals interface cell biology development (1). One instance where some progress made concerns role FGF4 by apical ectodermal ridge (AER) bud.
