Developing an action level for Cryptosporidium

摘要: From consideration orf prior monitoring studies on finished water Cryptosporidium and measurements made during after detected outbreaks, an action level for oocysts is defined. At concentrations within above 10-30 oocysts/100 L in water, the possibility of outbreak would appear to exist. In lower range this region below, outbreaks may occur but not be detectable. If a single sample exhibits counts at or level, further sampling expedited basis supplemental performance data support decision should undertaken.
