摘要: Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) refers to a mixture of conjugated octadecadienoic acids predominantly ruminant origin. The main isomer in bovine milk fat is the cis-9, trans-11 CLA. Interest CLA increased after discovery its health-promoting properties, including potent anticarcinogenic activity. Two experiments were conducted evaluate dietary strategies aimed at increasing concentration fat. Both organized as randomized complete block design with repeated measures treatment structure. In Experiment 1, 28 Holstein cows received either control diet or one 3 treatments for period 2 wk. consisted 60% forage (barley silage, alfalfa and hay) 40% concentrate on dry matter (DM) basis, fed total mixed ration (TMR). was partially replaced groups 24 ppm monensin (MON), 6% DM safflower oil (SAFF), plus (SAFF/M). Average levels wk feeding 0.45, 0.52, 3.36, 5.15% fatty control, MON, SAFF, SAFF/M, respectively. 2, 62 5 diets 9 TMR. 150 IU vitamin E/kg (SAFF/E), (SAFF/M), (SAFF/ME), flaxseed (FLAX/E). during 0.68, 4.12, 3.48, 4.55, 4.75, 2.80% SAFF/E, SAFF/ME, FLAX/E, combination particularly effective addition E prevented depression associated oilseed feeding, but had no significant effect milk.
