摘要: CONTEXT: Postoperative laryngo-pharyngeal complaints are common following airway management of patients. OBJECTIVE: In this study we compare the incidence sore throat, dysphonia, dysphagia and soft tissue trauma between patients underwent endotracheal tube laryngeal mask airway. DESIGN: This was a prospective observational study. SETTING: single university September 2011 December 2011. PATIENTS OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS: 48 evaluated, both genders (aged 19-85 years) who were submitted to elective surgery under anesthesia general. Exclusion criteria were: age 18 years old, recent history head neck surgeries, preoperative dysphonia emergency surgery. INTERVENTION: We evaluated patients: 26 (54%) 22 (46%). Selection technique up anesthesiologist’s choice that blind for analgesic followed hospital protocol. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: recovery room, 4h 24h after asked about existence dysphagia. The mouth inspected any damage in lips, tongue uvula. RESULTS: Dysphonia felt 46% 50% (p=0.79). Dysphagia higher compared with insertion (15,4% vs 9%, p=0.67). Sore throat reported by 31% group 14% (p=0.29).
