摘要: Abstract In this study, a reversed-phase chromatomembrane extraction (RP-CME) method as novel approach for automated sample pretreatment was suggested the first time. The RP-CME applied to separation of anions (formate, chloride, nitrate, phosphate and sulfate) from biodiesel samples proof-of-concept example. design cell developed on-line RP-CME. procedure assumed mass-transfer water-soluble analytes organic phase (biodiesel sample) aqueous supported in porous composite block. block based on microporous hydrophobic poly (tetrafluoroethylene) hydrophilic glass fiber implementation. provided effective retention into simultaneous penetration phase. membrane-based sheet used emulsion water) containing target obtained during elution by successfully coupled with an ion chromatography conductivity detection. limits detection, calculated blank test 3σ, were 5 μg kg−1 sulfate, 6 μg kg−1 3 μg kg−1 1 μg kg−1 formate.
