摘要: Abstract Purpose The expression of Gankyrin, a liver cancer-related oncoprotein, has been observed in several human malignancies including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the clinic relevance Gankyrin NSCLC remains unclear. Methods was assessed using immunohistochemical (IHC) methods 166 paired paraffin-embedded specimens and adjacent normal tissues. Semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) Western blotting were employed to measure 24 fresh corresponding association with clinicopathological parameters also evaluated. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis Cox proportional hazards models used estimate effect on survival. Results Data showed that expressed 78.3% (130/166) 28.9% (48/166) lesions tissue, respectively. And overexpression tumor tissue occurred 53.6% (89/166) patients, while only 4.8% (8/166) patients (P  Conclusion Our results indicate is clinical significance can serve as prognostic biomarker NSCLC.
