摘要: Two glasshouse experiments were conducted to evaluate the genotypic variation amongst cereal genotypes in phosphorus uptake from relatively insoluble iron phosphate. Optimum rates of phosphate established by growing 3 wheat and 1 triticale genotype on an infertile sand amended with Shoot dry weight all showed a classic Mitcherlich response 95% maximum growth achieved 174 mg P/kg soil. FePO4 selected representing deficient sufficient supply (26 339 mg soil, respectively). These used screen 99 wheat, 8 triticale, 4 rye for phosphorus-use efficiency. Phosphorus efficiency was rated criteria: shoot at P supply, relative (amount taken up per unit supplied), utilisation (shoot plant). No as efficient under criteria. Only 2 (rye Bevy, PC00361) one inefficient (Machete) Seven indices (wheat Chinese 80-55, Westonia, Wawht 2147; Treat, AT48-94, TX93-78-1; Bulgarian Pento), whereas 7 (Boricuta, Cadoux, Cunderdin, Insignia, Kalingri, Perenjori, Abacus). Significant identified cereals ability take utilise poorly soluble Fe-P, although able this source some degree.
