Ultralong Single‐Crystalline Ag2S Nanowires: Promising Candidates for Photoswitches and Room‐Temperature Oxygen Sensors

摘要: The photoelectric properties of individual Ag2S nanowire devices are investigated after pure nanowires obtained by a simple, economical, and low-temperature wet route. Their excellent performances (see figure) make these - with high aspect ratios perfect monocrystallinity promising candidates for photoswitches room-temperature oxygen sensors.
