摘要: Abstract Index decomposition analysis (IDA) has been widely used to track economy-wide and sectoral energy efficiency trends. An integral part of this application is identifying the drivers use for consuming sector studied. In case industry, a monetary activity indicator such as value added often taken driver. With availability physical production data some industry subsectors, in tonnes or cubic meters, effort made by researchers incorporate indicators order produce results that can better capture We review consolidate two different approaches incorporating industrial studies using IDA. Based on their underlying concept, they are referred intensity refactorization (IR) approach revaluation (AR) approach. refine AR approach, compare AR, IR, conventional monetary-based IDA approaches. Numerical examples recommendations presented.
