摘要: ABSTRACT Transient creep curves were used to compare cell structures in polycrystalline A199.99 produced by monotonic steady state at various temperatures and tensile stress cycling room temperature. It could be shown that large plastic strain a given shear modulus corrected results unique dislocation structure which depends neither on temperature nor deformation mode. This result agrees well with transmission electron microscopic observations.
