摘要: Abstract From the TTT diagram of 45 steel, CCT was simulated by mathematical transformation, and volume fraction constituents austenite, perisite, bainite martensite in continuous cooling calculated. The thermal physical mechanical properties were treated as functions temperature phase constituents. On basis a non-linear surface heat-transfer coefficient, field with transformation coefficients calculated using finite-element technique. experimental results for coincide numeral solutions. Finally, residual stress means method.
