摘要: The two components of the sex pheromone San Jose scale,Quadraspidiotus perniciosus (Comstock) were synthesized. first component, 7-methyl-3-methylene-7-octen-1-yl propanoate, was obtained by addition a 4-methyl-4-penten-1-yl copper complex to 3-butyn-1-yl propanoate (or trimethylsilyl ether). Reaction same with propyne followed treatment carbon dioxide gave key intermediate in stereoselective synthesis (Z)-3,7-dimethyl-2,7-octadien-1-yl second component pheromone.
