摘要: Abstract Two typical pressureless sintered Si 3 N 4 -based ceramics, using either Y 2 O and Al as additives for the first grade (SiYA1ON type) or MgO second (SiMgAlON), were hot isostatically pressed (HIPed) at 1700°C 180 MPa.
