摘要: Health Technology Assessment focuses on equal appraisal of health technologies introduced into the market. This has made regulators and governance innovation reactive dependent initiatives innovators take for technology development, thus making it supply driven. The policy makers’ role become one appraising that are already developed rather than guiding development agenda. severely limits possibility to ensure sufficiently address major issues such as burden disease, trade deficit inequalities.
