摘要: Susceptibility to structural damage can be characterized by a fragility curve, which is expressed as normal or lognormal cumulative distribution of the conditional probabilities reaching exceeding particular state, for given values demand parameter. Such curves have been produced variety states in different categories buildings exposed tsunami loading parts world, with parameter taken inundation depth. Harmonization was sought across these studies respect median Three single-storey were identified based on construction material, namely reinforced concrete, masonry and timber. The depths complete state decreased from concrete (5.4–7.3 m) through (2.3–2.5 m) timber (~1.6 m) structures. fairly narrow ranges above represent number indicate that common family “bands” arrived at. other partial too. Our genuinely original contribution probabilistic model developed using Monte Carlo simulation produce synthetic functions structures under loading. consisted geometric captured geometrical wall-type variations building lot, function set failure criteria, all required appropriate simplifying assumptions. resulting matched observed collapse reasonably well.
