摘要: The mixed-mode loading of a rubbery particulate composite is studied experimentally. Linear fracture mechanics concepts are used to determine the initiation growth, initial growth direction, and subsequent rate for range mode mixities. toughness locus determined be elliptical, with Mode II being lower than its I counterpart. directions correlate maximum strain energy density theories. crack rates can modeled effectively using an equivalent crack.
