摘要: Abstract In this study, Fe-based nanocrystalline coatings were obtained by crystallization of amorphous through heat treatment with different annealing time 0.5 h, 5 h, 10 h and 100 h, respectively. Cyclic oxidation behaviours the coating as well these annealed ones at 750 °C in still air investigated compared. The results showed that grain size was significantly increased pre-annealing prolonged. However, cyclic kinetic curves indicated resistance unexpectedly improved increase size. coating, which 700 °C for exhibited lowest accumulated weight gain 2.8 mg/cm2 parabolic rate constant kp values 1.7 × 10− 11 g2 cm− 4 s− 1, indicating highest resistance. enhanced mainly attributed to elimination cracks, pores splat boundaries caused intersplat sintering during treatment. Cracks primary diffusion paths oxygen, resulted models oxygen or metal atoms coatings.
