摘要: Co-innovation networks face the important challenge of cultivating collective innovation outcomes while also preserving interests individual contributors. Addressing this requires first understanding and then managing individuals’ perception co-innovation risks. The purpose paper is to provide a meaningful approach addressing risks using valid reliable model assess actors’ risk examine its effect on actor behavior.,The construct from actor’s perspective was conceptualized based case study network. measurement items underwent pilot field establish necessary reliability validity. This empirically assesses nomological network that illustrates behavior with moderating prior experience.,Co-innovation actors perceived four different risks: time, social, intellectual property right, financial. empirical results demonstrate high degree confidence in both translation validity criterion-related Negative effects continuous intention ideate, collaborate, communicate were evident, but experience moderated these relationships.,Drawing literature, develops validates general instrument measure perspective. result parsimonious 15 items, which contributes significantly future investigations virtual platforms.
