摘要: Abstract A highly sensitive voltammetric sensor for aspirin (ASA) and caffeine (CF) was fabricated on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with composite film of poly (4–vinylpyridine) (P4VP) multiwall nanotubes (MWCNT). Cyclic voltammetry P4VP–MWCNT/GCE indicated that the reaction typical diffusion limiting process catalytic ASA CF observed in 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.4). For detection ASA, 30 fold improvement anodic peak current I pa , at compared to bare GCE. At optimum parameter, found be linearly dependent concentrations (0.04–350 µM) (2.0–200 µM). The limits were 4.42 nM 1.19 nM respectively. differential pulse determination presence paracetamol (PCT) showed could assayed biological samples free from interference PCT. also displayed good stability, reproducibility recovery pharmaceutical samples.
