摘要: Establishing and operating a virtual organization implies number of challenges from many different perspectives, including socio-economic, organizational, legal computational issues. This paper focuses on the aspects with particular view risks respect to intellectual property rights. A risk analysis issues can either be based abstract reasoning or it focus business reality specific characterizations organization. follows latter approach; presents selected findings scenario in collaborative engineering field. The was performed collaboration between lawyers other professionals order highlight how non-legal relate each other.
