摘要: Rhinovirus (RV) is one of the most frequent causative agent acute respiratory tract infections in world. The virus may cause a mild cold, as well more serious clinical symptoms patients with immune system deficiency or comorbidities. Rhinoviruses have been identified by molecular methods under three types: RV-A, RV-B and RV-C. In cases, it was reported that RV-A RV-C were related lower asthma exacerbations, while rarely infections. main objective this study to investigate RV species sequence analysis nasopharyngeal samples pediatric adult who admitted hospital establish relationship between age, gender diagnosis patients. Secondly, planned emphasize efficiency method determination species. One hundred twenty seven (children adults) followed up our university evaluated January 2014 2016. Viral loads determined quantitative real-time PCR positive detected commercial kit swab specimens. Thirty-one whose viral could not be excluded from study. remaining 96 (50 children 46 retested conventional using target VP4/VP2 gene region. A total 65 (32 adults 33 children) bands (549 bp) corresponding regions after analyzed DNA sequencing. phylogenetic tree constructed neighbour-joining method. After 28 (43.07%) 7 (10.76%) RV-C; moreover each enterovirus (EV) EV-D68 (1.53%) EV-C detected. distribution was: 15 (48.3%) 5 (16.1%) 11 (35.4%) 13 (40.6%) 2 (6.3%) 17 (53.1%) adults, among children. It has observed infection bronchiolitis, pneumonia. There no statistically significant difference diagnosis, age both groups (p> 0.05). conclusion, first reports frequency infections; found similar but higher than all groups. highest seen patients, respectively. need for further research identify types circulating community prevalence caused
