摘要: This paper describes the Emergency Support System (ESS), which is an FP7 European Project (funded from 2009 to 2013), as well a suite of realtime (spatial) data-centric technologies, will provide information crisis managers during abnormal events. The approach guiding ESS project and architecture based on fusion variable forms field-derived data, including data obtained unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), ground stations (UGS), air balloons cellphone trackers (IMSI catcher), external Web services management systems (e.g. command control systems). Fused are visualized Portal, uses cartographic methods effectively display overall detailed for managers. Laboratory field tests made in first version (proof-of-concept) 2010 described order demonstrate functions suitability supporting situations.
