摘要: Glycoprotein isolation, purification and analysis is critical in the production of biologics. Therefore, there a growing interest new methods techniques that allow ultra fast analytical characterisation detection glycoproteins their glycoforms biological samples employed within biopharmaceutical industry. In context, micro-fluidic devices offer great potential owing to very they allow, low sample/reagent consumption, disposability, ease integration with other systems, among others. In this work, device integrating porous layer open tubular columns based on dimethacrylate monoliths (monoPLOT) functionalised Erythrina cristagalli lectin (ECL) were used for extraction selected glycoproteins.
