One-visit RCT of Maxillary Incisors with Extensive Inflammatory Root Resorption and Periradicular Lesions: A Case Report

摘要: Inflammatory external root resorption (IERR) is a pathological phenomenon of microbial origin. This study reports case apical inflammatory maxillary incisors associated with periradicular lesions in 22 year old female, which was successfully treated by one-visit canal therapy (RCT). Radiographic investigation revealed periapical radiolucencies the upper varying degrees teeth 12, 21 and 22. One-visit RCT all involved carried out. Access cavities were permanently restored after 1 week. Clinical radiographic examinations at day, week 14 month follow-up demonstrated complete resolution patient's signs/symptoms. The fully functional, bone healing had taken place. treatment outcomes that IERR can respond to when conducted adequate disinfection satisfactory coronal seal. Hence, may be good alternative multiple-visit involving intra-canal medicaments.
