摘要: ~~ A method for the classification of individual aerosol particles into one two main groups, namely, fly ash and soil dust, is presented. It based on calculation fractal dimensions images obtained with computer-controlled scanning electron microscopy. The risk an improper determination dimension pointed out. shown that spherically shaped normally compose majority do not possess fractality. rarely met very irregular shape types dimensions, textural structural. On other hand, it found dust have only a dimension. results allow unequivocal identification particle source, which especially important when chemical compositions are nearly same.
