摘要: The deactivation origin of the TiO2 film coated on an Al2O3-based ceramic substrate was revealed via investigating physicochemical behaviors mixtures with different oxides various species found in such as Al, Si, and Ca. production these mainly present individual at boundaries among particles originated from their thermal diffusion during formation calcination temperature. It demonstrated that Al Al2O3 caused a remarkable reduction hydroxyl radicals over UV-irradiated TiO2, whereas presence SiO2 or CaO, especially SiO2, together gave rise radicals. investigation also showed part Al3+ substitutes for Ti4+ resulting oxygen vacancies lattice charge balance. acting effective combination ...
