摘要: To examine what levels of sense threat functionally disabled older people experience during war and the coping strategies they use to protect themselves; factors that explain their strategies. A convenience sample included 138 respondents who were adults received homecare services. Face-to-face interviews conducted using a structured questionnaire. The majority stayed in homes military operation used shelter part or all times when there was rocket shelling. findings showed variety significantly correlated with strategies; gender education significant explaining threat, living arrangement shelter; while number children frequency staying at home operation. However, Holocaust survivor status, formal informal support, functional status insignificant any dependent variables. survivors feel no more compared those did not Holocaust. Communities should be prepared provide emergency services ease wartime assure shelter, particular live alone.
