Measuring the Compliance of Processes with Reference Models

摘要: Reference models provide a set of generally accepted best practices to create efficient processes be deployed inside organizations. However, central challenge is determine how these are implemented in practice. One limitation existing approaches for measuring compliance the assumption that can determined using notion process equivalence. Nonetheless, use equivalence algorithms not adequate since two have different structures but one still compliant with other. This paper presents new approach and algorithm which allow measure reference models. We evaluate our by model currently used German passenger airline IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) comparing results approaches.
