摘要: Latin America includes more than 40 countries and possessions, its population of 570 million has an important representation the three main human races. In continent with few centers, there major need for groups work collaboration, complementing each other's capabilities, providing developing joint projects. integration these into large transnational network reference centers would be task coming years.
