摘要: Abstract β-Galactosidase has been extracted from Escherichia coli , ML 308, and purified by (NH 4 )SO fractionation, diethylaminoethylcellulose chromatography, preparative electrophoresis. A protein resulted which is homogeneous the criteria of electrophoresis, ultracentrifugation, solubility data.
