摘要: ABSTRACTIntroduction: To assure the highest safety of immunization programs, detect adverse events following (AEFIs), eliminate concerns, and reduce risk low vaccination coverage, authorities in industrialized countries have collected years reports suspected AEFIs systematically assessed their clinical importance.Areas covered: In this paper, methods used to assess vaccine results obtained by analysis reports, studies, meta-analyses are discussed.Expert opinion: Severe rare, all evaluations vaccines recommended for both children adults demonstrated that advantages always significantly higher than problems they cause, there is no need modify recommendations.
