摘要: Adherence to combination antiretroviral therapy has a strong impact on virologic response and emergence of viral resistance. However, monitoring adherence in the clinic is difficult. What patient says or clinician believes about patient's may be misleading. Patients with suboptimal have reduced undetectable loads. On other hand, load not decrease patients perfect because pretreatment resistance, poor drug metabolism, factors. A multidisciplinary approach involving patients, health care professionals, family, friends optimize adherence. This article reviews literature therapy, critiques various measures used by researchers clinicians, discusses clinical implications therapy.
