Comparison of Ontogenic Development and Digestive Enzymes in Ornamental Goldfish (Carassius auratus auratus L.) Larvae Fed with Decapsulated Cysts and Nauplii of Artemia

摘要: The purpose of this study is to compare the growth goldfish, Carassius auratus L. larvae fed on Artemia nauplii and decapsulated cyst from 4 days after hatching (DAH) 40 DAH. In detail, specific survival rates, activities total protease, lipase, amylase, chitinase were examined in both experimental groups. At end study, highest rate was found group with 75.60±10.72% while as 72.20±13.88%. Specific calculated for by 11.59±8.92%.d -1 12.02±4.94%.d , respectively. Total protease activity presented increased profile during early ontogeny group. determined day 34 3.81±0.26 U/mg protein maximum value (3.81±0.26 U.mg protein) lipase (557.38±24.77 mU/mg) (p>0.05). peak amylase (2.77±0.25 (769.27±74.74 mU.mg (p<0.05). Results indicated that feeding contributed positively larval development goldfish much nauplii.
