摘要: Large volumes of normal saline were infused intravenously in 6 dogs until obvious pulmonary edema was observed radiographically. Following volume overload, statistically significant increases occurred the size heart, left atrium, arteries and veins, systemic without development congestive heart failure (CHF). The ventricular end-diastolic pressure remained normal, cardiac output stroke increased. results suggest that, absence failure, acute overload may simulate radiographic changes produced by CHF. Pulmonary have at least partly from a marked decrease serum colloid osmotic pressure.
