摘要: In mouse liver transplantation, tolerance is readily inducible. Recent studies have revealed that CD25+CD4+ regulatory T cells play an important role in regulating various immune responses, including transplant tolerance. However, the contribution of these to transplantation has not been elucidated. We showed here depletion increased proliferative response CD4+ and cytotoxic lymphocyte induction CD8+ cells. Depletion recipient but donor before caused rejection. Furthermore, number population forkhead/winged helix transcription factor expression mononuclear lymphocytes derived from tolerant mice were higher than those grafts undergoing conclusion, results indicate are for induction.
