摘要: In this paper, M (Sc3+ and Zr4+)-doped CuFeO2 ceramics were prepared by using a solid-state reaction method. The effects of isovalent Sc3+ nonisovalent Zr4+ substitution on the structure, defects, optical, magnetic properties are comparatively investigated. results demonstrated that all obtained samples well crystallized, leads to lattice structure distortion. average grain sizes reduce with addition M. Positron annihilation lifetime indicate vacancy clusters present in samples, Zr-substituted CFO sample has maximum open volume concentration defect among those three samples. Furthermore, bandgap M-substituted becomes wider due broad Sc2O3 ZrO2. enhances Urbach energy (EU) values system, which is good consistent dependences elements. measurements reveal Sc Zr decrease temperatures TN1 TN2, may be attributed consequence dilution effect change strength exchange interaction. addition, defects major importance for regulating ceramics.
