摘要: In view of our interest in the role various subpopulations T lymphocytes process immunological tolerance induction or rejection after allogeneic renal transplantation an experimental rat model, we have started to produce monoclonal antibodies against cell surface determinants types at stages along lineage. Such may represent early phase differentiation, such as thymocytes even prothymocytes, more mature and functionally differentiated stages, helper suppressor/cytotoxic cells. This paper describes five new mouse anti antibodies. Three these recognise distinct peripheral lymphoid organs. From comparative studies with existing markers [1], it can be concluded that ER2 reacts subset, whereas ER3 ER10 react subset. ER4 ER14, on other hand, do not cells adult animals. These different 25 KD THY-1 glycoprotein, which are eaqpressed dissimilarly during differentiation. Both present almost all thymocytes, but contrast ER14 expression marker cortical exceeded medullary by manyfold.
