摘要: Electromechanical properties of PbTiO3 ceramics modified by the partial substitution rare earths for Pb, particularly, (Pb, Ln) (Ti, Mn) O3 (Ln = La, Pr, Nd, Sm, or Gd) ceramics, are examined. It is found that Sm Pb dramatically increases ratio electromechanical coupling factor thickness dilatational mode to planar extensional mode. Extensive studies resonant rectangular strip resonators make it clear Sm‐substituted very useful high‐frequency array transducer applications. also shown pulse responses transducers can be improved using substituted instead other studied here.
