摘要: Mulleryan anomalilerin gercek prevalansi tam olarak bilinemese de %0.16–%10 arasinda degisen oranlarda bildirilmektedir.[1-3] En sik gorulen uterin anomali septustur (%90), bunu bikornuat uterus (%5) ve didelfis izler.[4] Bu yapisal anomaliler gebelige engel teskil etmezken, obstetrik akibette sorun cikartmaktadirlar.[5] Transvajinal ultrason ile %90 uygun tani konulmaktadir.[6,7] Uygun yonetimle gelisebilecek sorunlarin onune gecilebilir. en gorulenleri oploid abortus, preterm dogum malpresentasyondur.
