摘要: Abstract The abundance of bacterioplankton and benthic bacteria their ecological characteristics in the Red Tide-Monitoring area Bohai Bay was studied during five cruises from May to October 2006 2011. A hydrodynamic-ecosystem model, coupled planktonic system system, used quantitatively study effect on other variables. survey simulation results showed that a) 5.64 × 10 8 1.03 × 10 10  cells/L 7.2 × 10 7 6.89 × 10  cells/g, respectively. Bacterioplanktonic had a significant correlation with Chl-a dissolved oxygen (DO); however, bacterial not notably correlated environmental factors. distribution 2011 were similar those 2006, but average highest values lower than 2006. b) main factors (determined by principal component analysis) influence growth external organic pollution, phosphate concentration phytoplankton biomass. c) contribution rate ammonia 41.4%, rates phytoplankton, bacterioplankton, detritus zooplankton 87.3%, 1.4% 11.3%,
