摘要: Abstract Multicomponent equilibria in MgO-stabilised Na-, K- and Li-β″-Al 2 O 3 systems have been computed partial-pressure gas-species distribution diagrams constructed. The possible α- to β″-Al reactions growing single-crystal films are predicted compared with experimental results.
