摘要: ABSTRACT The solid solutions of PbHf x Ti1 − O3 were synthesized by the oxidant-peroxo method in titanium rich region (x ≤ 0.5). Lattice parameters at room temperature investigated as a function means powder X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis. phase transition between room-temperature tetragonal to high-temperature cubic was studied DSC dielectric measurement. Phase transitions detected both experiments shifted low temperatures smeared with increasing x. effects Hf/Ti substitution on PbTiO3 compared those Zr/Tifor samples prepared same way. It clarified that lattice constant c more sensitive Hf content than Zr content.
