摘要: Crithidia fasciculata was used as a model trypanosomatid to study the possible existence of genetic recombination in this group protozoa. The approach based on ability select variety mutants agar plates. Following mutagenesis wild type cells by nitrosoguanidine or ethylmethanesulfonate, stable mutant phenotypes were obtained. These included resistant drugs actinomycin D, 6-azauracil, 6-azauridine, and 5-fluorouracil, auxotrophs colony morphology mutants. mixed growth pairs drug-resistant selective media, isolates exhibiting recombinant data presented suggest that 1) undergoes some 2) must be diploid at time during process.
