摘要: Abstract Chemical liquid vapor deposition (CLVD) process has got much attention because of its high efficiency and flexibility, but almost no reports are available in the fields C/C-UHTCs preparation study parameters. In this work, CLVD-processed C/C-ZrC composites were fabricated at temperatures from 800 to 1100 °C, effects temperature on densification behavior ablation property discussed. Results displayed mass gain, rate density uniformity enhanced when increased 900 °C, thereafter they reduced with further arising temperature. Meanwhile, there two different modes due various temperatures. When was sample possessed a good behavior, leading density, great content ZrC homogenous distribution. These advantages promote complete dense ZrO 2 coating surface during ablation, which plays as an obstacle for oxidizing species diffusion heat transfer. Thus, specimen prepared 900 °C exhibited outstanding anti-ablation property. However, deteriorated increasing Especially, had poor low bad dispersion ceramics. As result, loose discontinuous oxide formed surface, oxidation mechanical corrosion severe, suggesting resistance.
